How do I cancel my BonsaiChef Premium subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → BonsaiChef → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Open BonsaiChef → Preferences → BonsaiChef Premium → Restore Purchases, while signed in to the same Apple account.

Why did I hit a daily limit?
Free accounts include a daily allowance of AI recipe generations and photo scans; limits reset every day. BonsaiChef Premium raises them substantially.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: Preferences → Delete account. Or email us and we'll delete your server-side data within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for details on what's stored where.
